Happy Mail!!

Awww I got presents today - and its not even my birthday (it is Robbie's though) and it kinda cheered me up given the day I had..

First day back at Uni after mid semester break and I went with mum to work and walked over to the train - I had Big J texting me with stuff that soooo didnt sound like him...meeting up for coffee?? WTF?? Thats so not him at all, not when he has a cafe to run...But I heard the bells ringing for the railway and I had to run my tubby wittle legs across the tracks and down the plateform to get to the train (soon discovered it would have been no biggy missing it I ended up being an hour early!)

Anyway, I hadnt been on the train for long when it got so crowd we were just all jammed in like sardines - and I dont understand this about Maxx - i mean they know its peak time and that school has just gone back and its going to be fulled up with school students, why on earth they are putting two carraige trains out at 8.30am and what not...to have us all jammed in and having to tell people they have to wait for the next train - for some its a half hour wait for the next train given their are two tracks going from Westfield...

It wasnt not long after we went past Middlemore hospital that I started to really feel a dizzy spell kicking in and the need to throw up...i sucked it in and tried to ignore that I was jammed in, and that the air con wasnt working...and looking out the window I saw we were just going so super slow (I later learnt because they were over their maximum compacity level that was why they had to go at a reduced speed) - I soon slide down and sat on the ground and I had a lovely lady who was with her children in this little alcove thingy I was in and had her kids in to keep them together and not get lost...who was comforting me and made a guy get up off a seat and made me sit down - after that I had a train guard pull my hand and pull me outside at Westfield - this lady who was looking after me said she would look after my bag..bless her. I was taken up to the front of the train to where the driver cock pit thingy is and stayed there with the door open and the lovely morning breeze coming in - I had already stripped down in the train to my singlet as I was so hot... I went back out into the actual carraige when we got to New Market and the amount of people had dropped down drastically...

My Wifey from my old work called me an egg because I said I needed to fart but had a child at eye level to where it wouldnt be pleasant....haha thats so Maori whorey of you Nay!

My whole mind was thinking during all this - I need to get to Uni..I need to get to Uni...(reminds me of a few months ago at work collapsing on my bosses and thinking need to get new menus in menu folders....need to serve customers not that there is anyone in...) - of course once i got to uni and after spending I think and hour or two on my butt through the most boring introduction I had the need to collapse again after getting up and going on a tour of our restaurants at uni..

Hmmm yes Ive come to see that this really needs to be seen to by my doctor before i end up in ED again...and I would like to stay out of hospital this year please...(unless Im with Robbie doing deliveries - but I wish not to go back to hospital for a while.)

I felt a bit cheated that a guy collapsed on the train coming home and was taken away by Ambulance, I wonder if I had just collapsed all together on the train this morning if I had gotten a ride in one of those?? But then I take it for granted I didnt, because whoa cant afford the fees with no St John's membership anymore..!

I came home to some mail....some auctions i won on Trade Me, and a card from the lovely Merlene and a parcel from her too....this was no ATC swap of hers Im waiting on...which I wont get till next month...this was Happy Mail...mail to make Bronnie smile and think OMG...some people do love me...and so I put my new goodies away in my scrapbooking room - well I will do soon...I need to take all my stuff back out their again...ok you know what i really wished I had a ranch slider off my room it would be so much easier being able to get to the garage! And with that ranch slider I want a little deck - because I know Abby would be sleeping on it...haha no that dog doesnt use her kennel she has to pull her bedding out and sleep outside my window where she has full view of me...

THANKS MERLENE!! You and Michelle are my Scrapping Angels..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBERTO!!

HAPPY 23rd BIRTHDAY TO MY DARLING ROBERTO!!!

SHUT UP ABOUT MY ITALIAN BOY!!!

Im so greatful to have you in my life, and for that I am thankful to your parents partly for bringing you into the world....you are my love, my soul mate, my bestest friend, my partner in crime, my accomplice of mischief, your my hero and my body guard....your my frown fixer....my giggle gas...lol.....and my teacher and inspiration...my travel buddy.

Without you, I dont know what i would be or know what i would be doing, but I know because of the support and advice and help you have given me over the past 5 years has brought me to where I am today.

The memories we share, the good that out rule the bad...are so so so SO tender to me, and dear. We have just so many that everytime I think of them I cant help but not smile and laugh at some of the things we have done together. Setting off fire alarms, five finger discounting rings from a $2 trifty store to show our wild love for each other, road trips, ice cream at Movenpick, cooking dinner, watching fire works and sunsets and sunrises, movies and getting stuck in loos and slides....spitting gum into Hippo River (whats wrong with a bit of Extra gum for the Hippos???) - a bit of booze, a bit of chocolate, a cut here, a punch there...a bit of infectious mono....sharing is caring..

You broke my heart, so I could let you keep a part of it with yours.

~~~~
I hope you have a wonderful day - Champange, Tux and White Gloves and all....if you see me at all on the streets around Uni - beep out hang your head out the window - wait no you can hand half your body out those things!! Sorry that our little three hours break between class is cut down to half and hour break till May!! But but there are some days where I could probably fit you in before class!! :o)
I will see you soon - and here's to this soon to be fith year but what seems like a life time of our wonderful friendship and tight as CK boxer brief undies bond we share...
We shall find a day to celebrate all that is and all that was and all that is yet to be....
To My Bestest Friend Jade
I know your hurting, and I know things are a bit rough and your not feeling well - but it will all be over you will see, you have been there for me resently in my times of sorrow and I wouldnt give you up for the world. Your my second bestest friend equal to Robbie...your my gal pal I go to to talk about all the deep DEEP stuff I cant talk to anyone about - not even to Rob let alone my other mom.
We have had some great times together, and they are moments I will treasure forever, in the terms of that we live far away and we cant afford fully to see each other when ever we want to. We have had some great laughs - bwahaha and we share moments of madness and there are just some things that only we understand - like you going out on the street looking looking like your a Christian thou...
I aint bovvered by
the problems that trouble you, but what I am bovvered about is that you feel you have to keep them from me and push me away, when i know you need me...and I need you...it kills me, and I bleed myself trying to be there for you and to help you out when and where I can...and please know that as soon as Im done with this semester at Uni Im gapping it out of this city and coming down to see you and my gorgous nephew that you have done such a great job of raising into a awesome little boy...and you will do the same with his baby brother..
When your feeling down - and on YouTube and you will find my channel - its under friends or subscriptions something like that and look at the videos of when we were together - and sometimes i even leave little videos just for you or you could always search for Catherine Tate but its more fun when we are together...and I promise that when I come down next, we will go to the video store and hire out a whole pile of seasons and just bum out watching them all day...
In the mean time - you can pull out Singstar ABBA and sing to this song...as its my new song that I play when I think of you...my best friend... :o)
Love you heaps!!
Chiquitita - ABBA
Chiquitita, tell me whats wrong
Youre enchained by your own sorrow
In your eyes there is no hope for tomorrow
How I hate to see you like this
There is no way you can deny it
I can see that youre oh so sad, so quiet
Chiquitita, tell me the truth
Im a shoulder you can cry on
Your best friend, Im the one you must rely on
You were always sure of yourself
Now I see youve broken a feather
I hope we can patch it up together
Chiquitita, you and I know
How the heartaches come and they go and the scars theyre leaving
Youll be dancing once again and the pain will end
You will have no time for grieving
Chiquitita, you and I cry
But the sun is still in the sky and shining above you
Let me hear you sing once more like you did before
Sing a new song, chiquitita
Try once more like you did before
Sing a new song, chiquitita
So the walls came tumbling down
And your loves a blown out candle
All is gone and it seems too hard to handle
Chiquitita, tell me the truth
There is no way you can deny it
I see that youre oh so sad, so quiet
Chiquitita, you and I know
How the heartaches come and they go and the scars theyre leaving
Youll be dancing once again and the pain will end
You will have no time for grieving
Chiquitita, you and I cry
But the sun is still in the sky and shining above you
Let me hear you sing once more like you did before
Sing a new song, chiquitita
Try once more like you did before
Sing a new song, chiquitita
Try once more like you did before
Sing a new song, chiquitita
How many more?
What will it take for people to learn how to drive properly? I mean ok I admit Im not the worlds greatest driver, and Ive had my share of speeding fines and crashes....some which werent my fault....and from each one I have learnt lessons - for example my last speeding fine or was it my second to last?? For me to control the speed I do in my car and its very hard to control yourself when you do have a "racing" car to keep the speed low in it - but for me it took being pulled over by an under cover cop and getting a fine, though I was let off with some of my offences I did walk away (drive actaully) knowing I had to be more careful, and I am now more wary of who is on the road....especially unmarked Holdens and Vans parked on the side of the road (that one came about having got a camera fine).
And while Im on the admiting truthfully about my driving, I will say I have gotten road rage in some places, such as when people try to cut me off and push me into on coming traffic and chasing me down the motorway at a 120km, or when people dont move when the light is green or give way at the round about and drive in front of you when your coming through....or who risk their lives at intersections...or those who like to stop and stare at crashes on the opposite side of the road holding up traffic or even more causing another crash - serious take the image in and learn from it and carry on and focus on where your going...Or when people run through red lights particularly at night when their is no traffic on the roads...
I ask myself why are we in such a big hurry to get to places? Why do we risk our lives and those around us because of poor judgement? What does it take for people to learn? Does not losing someone to an accident involving drugs and alcohol teach them a lesson not to drive drunk? Does becoming paralyzed after surviving a crash in speed crash not teach them that boy racing and speeding is not the answer?? Does losing their licence not tell them hey come on dont get behind the wheel...?? Does falling asleep at the wheel tell you that you shouldnt be there but in bed??
Everyday I come online or I turn the radio or TV on and hear about fatal car crashes and every weekend now they are getting worse and more frequent. I fear everytime I hear of crashes near where people I know well and love dearly live, even worse when I dont hear from these people much...
The road toll in NZ this year is higher than it was last year and we arent even half way through the year yet - 125 was what I read last night that is was at and this weekends toll was at 6 and the weekend hasnt even ended yet...
It seems that with all the TV ads on and ads on the radio just isnt getting the message through....what else is there to do to educate people given the amount of cars increasing on roads these days??
I know for one that there is one Ad that I think of all the time when Im driving and it is this ad here - this is only one take of the Ad, there is another where its a near miss and a cop goes after a car...but I ALWAYS think of this guy standing there when someone pulls out in front of me from an intersection - and I always take my time when coming out of places, even if it means that someone gets impatient and toots their horn at me or over takes me and pushes in where they shouldnt to get through...or I have people in the car going GO BRONWYN HURRY UP AND GO YOU COULD HAVE GONE THEN!!!
My mesage is - people please drive carefully!! And if in doubt dont get behind the wheel.....there are other ways to get from A to B with out risking the lives of others and yourself! Even if it means having to pay someone to take you or not going at all...
But I managed a semi early night last night - 2am I think it was by the time I had read myself to sleep...but I tell you I was wide awake when my phone rang...mmmm yes thanks to my bestest friend in the whole wide world - the only one who gets away with waking me up...haha..went back to sleep I think for an hour..I cant remember..god knows...! Then it was up and out and dressed ready and waiting for an exciting day out...
Yea man I had a so much fun today... so much fun I found slight amusement at how rude and disgusting this caterpillar was at Botany Downs Shopping Mall...hahaha...you climb in its mouth and then come out its well you know where...its backside...ewww hahaha and sadly Adults werent allowed...(Given the chance Im sure we would have thrown a tantrum to go in it - however we were pretty busy..)
For my Darling Roberto..lol
A nonsmoker is forced to find food, but for a smoker breakfast can be a
cigarette and a cup of bad coffee. ~Brock Fiant
That pretty much somes you up in a quote now doesnt it?? Yes I know you to well my love!! I think we should start giving each other a quote a day now..Im kinda liking this....just need to get credit on my phones again...
Chocolate Rush
*bounces off the wall from eating to much chocolate* - Thanks Yaz!!! You sure know how to fix the PMS...same time next month?? hahaha
Watch this spot as I will be uploading photos...
Yaz finally made it over so we could give the handing over of our easter eggs - Im loving this little gift giving tradition we have started and well done Yaz you remember tradition of the Huntly text the other day!!
So yea my best mate Yaz was meant to come over on Easter Monday only she didnt make it due to leaving Tauranga late and then she was sick the next day and the following day I cant remember then after that she gapped it down to Hamilton for the V8s...(this is what you face when your best mate is a big motorhead and does alot of photography for em all and pit stopping and stuff...) But yes so Yaz came back from the V8s and came over with her day and her big flash cam...OoOo yes in deed...
And she and her dad were snapping away taking photos of the cats and of both me and Yaz together with our eggs and just general photos...(this is us catching up on the fact I always avoided taking photos of her in high school and she just was random in them all...kinda mean - I know Im really sorry for that...but it was a bad influence that school I was only there - well not for the guys coz their were none!! But for just the education and an excuse to smoke down on the feild at the Long Jump Sand pit...haha with the now Baby Mamma Girls (formerly of JCC Gang))
SO yes - poor Bullseye got sick of all the photos and he managed to get outside and returned some hours later with another live mouse that he brought inside and I was trying to catch it or at least get him to catch it and take it outside - then the bloody thing went up my trouser leg and I squealed and shook my leg and it came out and I accidently stood on - Im trying to save the thing and get it out alive from the cat but I dont think that worked I think I killed the poor thing - death by foot I tell you!! Bull then got hold on t he mouse after mummy so kindly stunned the poor thing and he ran off to the lounge with it and its bleeding and mum is screaming get outside with it now!! I come with a jug and get the thing and put it outside which he then grabs....I managed to seperate the two leaving the now dead mouse outside and putting the cat back outside...
The Lesson - When the cat gets cranky at 10pm you know its hunting time and in your big to keep a domesticate animal inside, he will still want to follow his instincts to hunt...
Anyway photos to come once Yaz has uploaded them and edited to them a bit...but we got some great shots of the Dog and Cats and the two of us (and her dad lol)
A discovery
I found a site last night that gives quotes - I was searching for a quote for on some ATCs Im going to attempt to make...I just got to decided between the 10 pictures as to which one I am going to put on it....
The site is here - Quote Garden
And Im so guttered that I have no credit on my phones as I reallllly wanted to send sweet nothings to Rob...haha awww just to tell him how much he means to me and how thankful I am to having him in my life....you really have changed it, and you are my thumb among my fingers - on my pleasure hand...what was that a dirty comment or what?? Coz I saw that bit as something I dont think it was meant to be or was it?? hahaha..
And to you here is another quote...my Bestest friend in the whole wide world.
Soul-mates are people who bring out the best in you. They are not
perfect but are always perfect for you. ~Author Unknown
My New Nephew
Ok I thought I would finally post it - a blog on my new nephew Jamie.
Baby Jamie age 1 week with his late cousin's "Gummi Bear" first toy Max
James William Boswell
BORN:11th of April 2009
Time:10.24pm
Weight: 8lb 6oz.
As Yaz put it - What is up with your sister giving birth on holidays!?? I said I dont know her bid to try and scum more presents out of everyone perhaps?? Unfortunately failing such attempts - to which yaz laughed...
But no serious, my niece Meggan Ellen who is my world and the centre of my affection, the love that keeps me going and who makes me strive when all hopes comes crashing down and I want to give up on all things to do with my Career....she is who I look to -fore it is she who I am striving to open this restaurant up and name after and have as her inherantence.....was born on one of my most favourite holidays of all - Halloween, more specific All Saints Day.
My nephew Michael Brendon, the cheeky little thing he is, living truely up to his Gypsy blooded roots was born on Christmas Day..
And now little Jamie who was born at Easter....Meggan being my all time favourite as she is born on the Pagan Holiday...compared to the other two who were born on Christian Holidays...hehe
Moving along....
Now the first time seeing him I wasnt interested, this is because of a personal battle and the fact that I dont appreciate being woken up from my sleep unless its for a extremely good reason - this day was not one of those days for me.....I wanted my sleep and I was enjoying what I was dreaming about...
Lesson here is DONT WAKE ME UP!! I will get angry at anyone who does....that is with exception to Robbie, because well fair is fair I wake him up alot when he doesnt like to be woken up...you think Im bad when Im disturb dont cross Robbie....hehehe I just quietly remember to myself in Blenheim when you fell out of the bed and i tried I tried so hard to hold onto you so you didnt fall but you did...taking ALL the blankets with you....leaving all the pillows behind - which I kindly placed on down on top of your head in hopes you would find it...lol...I think I woke up to find you have put the blankets back on me and you had either gone out or were reading the paper in the kitchen...
ANYWAY....
Had my first hold on Jamie...he was shoved into my arms pretty much and I just ended up carrying him around with me for Ohhhhh probably a couple of hours. And I must say it went pretty well once I got him to stop crying poor thing he was not liking the sunlight coming in - lucky for him Aunty has block out curtains and she closed them putting the room in darkness - to which the evil other people in the room put the light on making his cry again...but Aunty cradled him at an angle where no light was in his eyes and he softly went to sleep....oh yes Aunty Bee has the special touch at putting all her nieces and nephews to sleep!!
With first cuddles comes first photos together...
First Cuddles with Aunty Bronwyn
Just so we are all clear - I am a proud Aunty of Three now...(as well as a step Aunty of three, but I havent had the pleasure yet to meet my step nephew or step nieces as yet...one day I will - probably when my Dad and Step Mum get their new deck finished and they probably have a big family BBQ and the whole family comes....I actually miss them...)
ATCs - Artist Trading Card Swaps - Part 2
So a while back I signed up for a few ATC Swaps in Fiskateer and Ive gotten some of them back now!
These are the ATCs I have gotten back and Im so amazed at what they look like! I feel really ashamed of mine in a way as there are some really brilliant ones - but then I shouldnt be so hard on myself, I dont believe their is a right or wrong way to these and the only rule is that they stay the same size pretty much.
Luck of the Irish ATC Swap
Mini Golf with Meggie Boo - the scrapped page
A new page!!
Since Ive got a couple of weeks to on hand while Im mid semester at Uni - I thought I might as well get some scrapping in while I can - I Should be studying but meh it can just wait for now! My accounting guru - well not so much guru, but my friend who is a qualified and works as an Auditor isnt replying to me much now - so Im still completely stumped with some accounting things, and then we have the lecturers saying that don approve of how the textbook does things and my lecturer saying she doesnt agree with how the paper co ordinate and one of the other lecturers does things - so you get taught multiple ways of doing these calculations and its highly confusing...though entrust everything into the lecturer who is the co ordinator of the paper as he was my lecturer I had for Marketing I wouldnt have gotten the high marks I did without his assitance and teaching.
Anyway here is one of the first layouts I have started on - this is from the end of the Summer School Holidays when me and my niece went and played Mini Golf at Treasure Island Adventure Mini Golf at the airport...being on a tight budget and with not much income and stuff Im having to use what I have one hand and not buy anything...but that is good in a way I guess...
Menus and Buffet Cards
Just a quick entry to show my menu and buffet cards I made the other week for my final practical assessment at Uni for Kitchen Operations.
My 2IC said they were awesome as did the rest of our brigade and my lecturer said I put alot of hard work into them - she just hoped that the rest of my team were appreciative of what I put in to them.
Easter Baskets
Mum and me went out today, since the shops were open again today - this is theo ne thing I hate about holidays like Easter and Christmas is when the shops are closed. Everyone does that last minute shop the day before the shops are closed and then the day after the shops are closed and open again they all flood out and you face parking problems and big crowds of people and everyone grabbing for stuff and empty shelves. Easter and Christmas are like that alot. You got to be quick and once the sales are - well you have to be early and fast.
So we went out to see what was left in the way of eggs, I knew mostly everything would be gone, especially labled branded ones like Pooh Bear, Sponge Bob, Cars, Hotwheels, Hanna Montana - though there were a few - but mostly all of them were gone. As were alot of the tiny eggs in bags. But we managed to get a few things for ourselves and the kids.
We went to a couple of stores - I met up with one of my old co workers at one story - we had spent most of the day trying to meet up and finally did....
Back home mum got to searching for templates, she wanted something big enough to fit the puzzles we got the kids in but it wasnt working out, she found one and we got to work making them. They turnt out pretty good I think so - given we are on a tight budget with very little money between us both.
Hopefully the kids will like them - one each for Meggan and Michael alone with a puzzle each and the toy is for their brother who is at this moment playing circus acts while my sister tries to give birth to him....I personally think its a great big laugh as karma hits back!
You can find the template for this basket HERE at Jackie Wright's blog - I would like to
you for sharing this with everyone :o)
DHM Kitchen Operations - Lesson 10 Practical - Final Assessment
My Kitchen Brigade -
Back: Mira, Jude, Zane (2IC), Bronwyn (Chef de Partie)
Front: Charles
YES CHEF!!!
Alright so its over and done with...and Im not going to say Thank God - as I was loving this class and it sucks that its only 5 weeks long, it would be so much more rewarding if it was a full semester! I know we have to fit four papers into one semester and that both Kitchen Operations and Food and Beverage Operations are both semi practical but seriously its alot of information and stuff to cram into 5 weeks and expect to be memorised and learnt and understood in. Anyone who knows me well knows that I am one very hands on person and I dont do written stuff I dont do the whole theory work. Probably why I sit in exams almost pulling my hair out for the first five mins of reading time and then an hour later when Ive hit the hard parts and people have already started leaving!
Prawn Fritters
Me and Zane had spent two days working on our requisitions and time management and standardise receipies - never mind our group was made up of 5 people we were the only two who did work on the paperwork. Our lecturer was not impressed that the other 3 members didnt do any work...we hadnt really planned how our buffet would work or colours or anything, I just went ahead and created menus and buffet cards for the assessment which everyone liked which is great....I would have been pissed off if they didnt.
Spanish Flat Omelette
I handed out our time management and receipies making it clear who was doing what and when to be in the kitchen by - Jude let us down by being late after I drilled it into him to be there on time. We pulled into a tema huddle and Zane being the class clown he is, broke out singing the national anthem and Maori...with the two Chinese members going whats he seeing...and me explaining it to them - they were a bit confused and I laughed...we went in and got into things cleaning and sanitizing our benches...we were set back minorly with that the food wasnt brought up from downstairs yet - so we basically got all the equipment ready.
Pork Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Our lecturer was pulling our groups our slowly for a meeting while we got the ingrediants ready, my group was pulled out and it went down hill from there - three of my chefs had dirty uniforms one, one of which hadnt iron his, I know the iron was not working as I have been to the school reception and the school office about it - and was allowed to use the staff one under supervision with them having posession of my school ID card. I was told i have inteligency from my lecturer over that situtation the others clearly didnt...as Chef de Partie I had to decided what to do - i cant believe they had not washed their uniforms since monday!! One said he has but couldnt get stains out I ripped into him that he could have soaked it in nappy san, that he could have given it to me to wash at home. We were able to swap their jacket front over (isnt Auguste Escoffier amazing with this invention of the chef jacket and the rest of the uniform??) However they had to get aprons. I ripped into them further more saying what a let down they were, that it was unhygienic and that we were being tested in the practical componet for our food and hygiene certificate.
Breakfast Salad
Once we were sorted we got underway. We were working ahead of time and though we started late we were up and serviced first and before time. Alot of positive feedback given, with a couple of mark downs but over all it was great. We were so proud of ourselves and I was proud of my team.
Classic Club with Pommes Pallies
We had to do peer assessments and it was highly interesting seeing what marks everyone gave each other. I marked my team fairly, I gave low marks to those who didnt take part in full team participation, they may have done well at the practical but they didnt put in anything towards the paper work that both myseld and Zane had worked hard on. It was interesting seeing them giving themself top parks for team work - and for uniform - never mind their uniforms were dirty, they may have come with full uniform but it was dirty....we also had to give comments to justify our marks. It was just a bit of a giggle for me reading through them all, unfortunately Zane fell ill with the chicken pox so I didnt get to see his, I would have love to have read them over with him. All paper work is not in to be marked.
Apple and Date Cake with Coconut Topping and Caramel Sauce
Just hoping I get a good mark over all and that I get that certificate - even though Ive already done it two times before and have that certificate from another institute..!
I wouldnt know what I know with cooking had it been from not watching the chefs at my job over the past year, and from watching inspiring people like Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver - two highly known chefs who inspire me, and Ive said to people I don idolise them and Im not a bit fan, they are an inspiration to me...I have learnt great things about food through them. And if you havent done so alread I recommend watching Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food and Gordon Ramsay's F Word....many lessons I have learnt from watching those.
Angels & Demons
OMG!!! Finally its coming.....it really is coming!! It was a couple of years ago, Rob suggested to me to read Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code - having known he read it in three days I took the challenge to read this book and also read it in three days, it was a book I could not put down I was engroused by it! I then went and brought the movie that was based on the book on DVD - and it was in this DVD that it said Angel & Demons was coming out soon....it showed previews if I recalled of the movie...and so your left major suspence on wanting to see it - now this too is based on Dan Brown's novel Angel & Demon's which features the same character in it...again another book Rob told me to read having loved The Da Vinci Code....Ive attempted to read it however I didnt finish it but I will take that challenge on to read it again...maybe during the semester break...
And the reason why i need to read the book is because i know the movie will miss parts out that are in the book..much like the case with Da Vinci's Code...
BUT OMG!! Its finally got a release date after waiting TWO years!! Now I dont know if this is world wide or what - but I cant wait and Robbie - we are so going to this together, we havent been to the movies together since 2005 when I was in tech and we did that whole setting off the fire alarm thing in Borders lol!! Insensitive - Jann Arden
There is nothing like meeting someone and keeping your heart to yourself, telling yourself not to open up and let anyone take it. However as simple as that may sound its not always that easy. And so this song speaks just how I feel towards someone - who I let my heart slip out to a bit to much......though I did not love you I did feel for you deeply. However you did not feel for me in the same way I did for you...though I am unsure of how to deal with this or confront how things have turnt and I pray that they can be fixed and that this isnt the end of something that seemed to be going well, a freindship I was growing to like and enjoy, it felt somewhat right given the circumstances I was in when it all started...
TIME...
Only time will tell and hold all answers to what the future holds......
PATIENCE......
However is something I lack to control and posess.
HOPE...
Is what I cling too...
How do you cool your lips
After a summers kiss
How do you rid the sweat
After the body bliss
How do you turn your eyes
From the romantic glare
How do you block the sound
Of a voice youd know anywhere
Oh, I really should have known
By the time you drove me home
By the vagueness in your eyes
Casual good-byes
By the chill in your embrace
The expression on your face
That told me
You might have some advice to give
On how to be
Insensitive
How do you numb your skin
After the warmest touch
How do you slow your blood
After the body rush
How do you free your soul
After youve found a friend
How do you teach your heart
Its a crime to fall in love again
Oh, you probably wont remember me
Its probably ancient history
Im one of the chosen few
Who went ahead and fell for you
Im out of vogue, Im out of touch
I fell too fast, I feel too much
I thought that you might have
Some advice to give on how to be
Insensitive
